Refund & Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Living Oasis products


We hope that you love your Living Oasis products as much as we do. However, if you are not happy for any reason please get in touch with us and we will assist you. Please do not return your products to any of our warehouses without contacting us.

If your Living Oasis products are damaged or faulty in any way, we will either send you a replacement or arrange for a refund.

Make sure:

  • You have proof of purchase
  • The product was purchased in the last 14 days
  • The product is in original condition, with original packaging and labels
  • The product has not been washed, worn, or used

The round-trip shipping cost will be deducted from the full amount if you change your mind. But we will refund or credit postage if the product is faulty.

A 15%-30% restocking fee for installed or visibly used products will be applied.

Before you buy, check the exceptions for a list of items that can’t be refunded or exchanged, and choose carefully.
